Responsibilities:
- Submit billing data to the appropriate insurance providers
- Preparing and distributing document packets for meetings
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Excel report tracking and Data Entry
- Preparing letters, newsletters and other correspondence
- Filing of paper and electronic documents
- Providing Support to the Senior Management Team as well as other office staff
- Deploy, maintain and report on various programs
- Light Phones
- And many other Administrative Activities
